PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES (the “OFFICIAL RULES”) AND DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING. PLEASE READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES. The terms and conditions of these Official Rules contained herein constitute an agreement between you (the “Participant”) and Wood Motor Nissan Lee's Summit LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), located at 1025 SE Oldham Pkwy, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081 (the “Dealership”). By entering into the Wood Nissan Lee's Summit Giveaway (this “Sweepstakes”), Participant hereby accepts and agrees to these Official Rules. 2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the State of Missouri or Kansas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid U.S. driver's license. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, licensees, vendors, service providers, Prize suppliers, partners, or those entities involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of this Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents) and same household members of any such employee, officer, or director, are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 a.m. (CST) on April 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. (CST) on December 22, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are received before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified. The Sponsor is the official timekeeper. 4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes upon completion of (i) their purchase of any new or pre-owned vehicle from Sponsor's Dealership or (ii) the servicing of their vehicle at Sponsor's Dealership. To enter this Sweepstakes without completing a purchase or servicing a vehicle, eligible individuals must visit Sponsor's Dealership, present their valid U.S. driver's license, test drive a vehicle, and complete the Sweepstakes Entry Form (the “Entry Form”) in full, accurately providing their full name, address, city and state of residence, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Eligible individuals completing a test drive must also meet dealership insurance requirements. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified or void are considered “Eligible Entries”. Limit of one (1) Entry per person regardless of which entry method is used; multiple entries by any one individual are void. Sponsor will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, inappropriate or otherwise non-conforming Entries. All Entries, once provided, are Sponsor's sole and exclusive property. 5. GIVEAWAY DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING. The Giveaway Drawing (the “Drawing”) will be conducted by Sponsor on December 24, 2026, to randomly select one (1) winner (“Winner”) from among all Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Eligible Entries received. Sponsor's decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential Prize Winner will be notified on or shortly after such date. 6. PRIZE. There is one (1) Prize available to be awarded. The Prize Winner (as defined hereinbelow) will win a Two-Year Lease of a new 2026 Nissan Kicks SV (the “Prize”), with an Approximate Retail Value not to exceed $12,500.00 (the “ARV”). In addition, the Prize Winner is subject to the following conditions: (i) credit approval of Winner; (ii) a lease term of 24 months; (iii) mileage limit of 12,000 miles per year; (iv) Winner responsible for any and all excess mileage and excess wear and tear; (v) Winner responsible for maintaining required insurance coverage on Prize; and (vi) Winner responsible for all taxes, title, tag, registration, documentation fees, dealer fees, and any other costs not expressly included in the Prize description hereinabove. 7. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Prize consist only of the elements expressly set forth herein; no other elements are included in the Prize and any such expenses in connection with the use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, local sales and income taxes and any costs, expense(s) or fees whatsoever in connection with the Prize not specifically provided herein. In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the Winner, Sponsor is unable to award a Prize as described in these Official Rules (including if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason), Sponsor may substitute the Prize with another Prize of similar value at its sole discretion. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor's sole discretion. The ARV represents Sponsor's good-faith determination of the approximate retail value of the Prize, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. If the stated ARV of the Prize is more than the actual fair market value of the Prize, the difference will not be awarded. The ARV is subject to change based upon current market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. Any difference between ARV and actual value will not be awarded. If a selected Winner is unable to accept a Prize in its entirety for any reason, the Prize may be forfeited. All Entries and potential Prize winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. No compensation will be paid in lieu of a Prize or in the event that the Prize has been forfeited for any reason stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Prize for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. By participating in this Sweepstakes or submitting an Entry, each Entrant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) to allow Sponsor to send Sweepstakes specific emails, and (iii) to release and hold Sponsor harmless from and against any claims, injuries, damages, losses and liability that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize, except for claims arising from Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM. The Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The potential Winner will be notified by email within three (3) Business Days following the drawing (the “Prize Notification”) using the information provided via their Sweepstakes entry. Upon receipt of the Prize Notification, the potential Winner will be required to reply to the Prize Notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of said Prize Notification confirming acceptance of the Prize (the “Acceptance Notification”). Within three (3) Business Days of receipt of said Acceptance Notification, the potential Winner will be sent Winner Documents via email and will be required to verify their eligibility by (i) furnishing valid proof of age in a form prescribed by Sponsor (for example, a copy of a valid driver's license or other government issued photo identification) and (ii) by completing, signing, and returning an executed (before a notary) Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Indemnification and Publicity Release, and a completed and signed W-9, via email by the date indicated on the documents prior to claiming any Prize. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the Prize. If any Prize Notification or follow-up communication from Sponsor is returned as undeliverable, if a potential Winner fails to fully respond to the Prize Notification within the stated period, if a potential Winner fails to return any required information or Prize claim documents within the stated period, if a potential Winner cannot or otherwise fails to accept the Prize as stated, or if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems a potential Winner ineligible to receive the Prize for any reason, including without limitation for non-compliance with the Official Rules, a disqualification will result and the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate Winner in a random drawing from among the remaining Eligible Entries received. Sponsor is not responsible for digital communications that are undeliverable as a result of any filtering of any kind, insufficient space in a Participant's account, or any other failure beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In the event of a dispute with respect to entries received from more than one user having the same email address/account, the authorized subscriber of the account in question at the time of entry will be deemed the proper entrant. A potential Winner will also forfeit the Prize if the potential Winner is disqualified as not eligible to have participated in the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to Sponsor to use the Winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes (including without limitation posting the information on its website, the internet or social media) without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

In the event that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes. In Sponsor's sole discretion, if any portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, health pandemic or epidemic, earthquake, explosion, extreme weather conditions, interruptions in travel, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without any further obligation. In the event of cancellation prior to the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may award the Prize at issue in a random drawing from among all valid and Eligible Entries received for the applicable drawing up to the time of such cancellation. In no event will more than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. In the event that an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or destroyed, the entrant's sole remedy shall be another Entry into the Sweepstakes. 10. LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNITY. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor, and any other Sweepstakes Entities, from any and all liability for any damages, injuries, losses or expenses of any kind, including property damage, personal injury, or death, arising directly or indirectly from the participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize (including any activity related thereto). Each Prize is offered and provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee by the Sweepstakes Entities, either express or implied. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability arising out of or relating in any way to Participant's participation and to release all rights to bring any claim arising out of participation, use of the Sweepstakes website(s), or receipt or use of any Prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; (d) lost/late/misdirected communications; (e) errors in administration or processing; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property (including computer systems). Participants further agree that in any cause of action, the Sweepstakes Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event will the Sweepstakes Entities be liable for attorney's fees. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for entries that are stolen, late, lost, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, altered, tampered with, unauthorized, fraudulent, damaged, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, not delivered, or not received. Use of any device to automate or subvert entry is prohibited and entries received by such means will be void. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it suspects or finds: (i) to have tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) to be acting in a disruptive manner; (iii) to display behavior that will bring such Winner(s) or the Sweepstakes Entities into disgrace; (iv) to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents; or (v) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER. Sponsor may use third-party websites and social media platforms to advertise the Sweepstakes to the general public, including, but not limited to, YouTube, Google, Facebook, X, and Instagram. Such third-party websites and platforms are neither sponsors nor administrators of the Sweepstakes, they do not endorse the Sweepstakes, and they are not in any way affiliated with Sponsor. Participants hereby releases such third-party websites and social media platforms from any liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes and the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize, except to the extent such liability cannot be waived under applicable law. 11. PUBLICITY. Subject to applicable law, entrance in the Sweepstakes constitutes Participant's consent to Sponsor and Sponsor's affiliates, agents and licensees to use the Participant's name, voice, likeness, opinions, and

Participant agrees to execute any document reasonably required by Sponsor to effectuate the terms hereof and failure to do so shall give rise to Sponsor's right to execute any and all such documents as Participant's attorney-in-fact, which right shall be coupled with an interest and therefore, irrevocable. 12. PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION. Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes (“Participant Data”) will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including Winner selection and notification, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Participant Data will be processed in accordance with applicable federal and state data privacy laws. Sponsor will not sell or share Participant Data except as disclosed in its Privacy Policy. 13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules thereof. By entering, Participant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the U.S. federal, state, and local courts located in the State of Missouri for the resolution of all matters or proceedings relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Official Rules nor the failure, delay, or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Official Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor's right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. If there is a conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any Entry or marketing materials used in connection with this Sweepstakes, the terms of the Official Rules will govern. 14. WINNER LIST REQUEST. All requests to obtain the name of the Winner must be made within thirty (30) days of the Drawing.
